Recruitment & Deployment Account Specialist works in the human resources and organizational development department and is responsible for hiring and deployment of new talents aligned with business goals critical to the success of the organization. It is also the task of a recruitment & deployment account specialist to maintain records and information system / plantilla of the employees in the organization.
- Recruitment and Deployment of requested and newly hired employees.
- HR Information System (Maintain and monitor employees information/ data for monthly and weekly employees.)
- 201 files record keeping, inventory, and maintenance.
- Processing of New IDs / ATM of New Employees and Lost IDs.
- Monitoring of weekly employees movement, reduction, and allocation.
- Update of manpower list/plantilla to Engineering Department.
- HR Record Keeping (HR Forms and Documents).
- Background Checking of Newly Hired Applicant.
- Monitoring of employees status and payroll status.
- Outsourcing and Job posting.
- Assists Engineering Department for Manpower request
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in Human Resources Recruitment is a must
- The ability to relate to staff at all levels
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Organizational, planning and time management skills
- Confident presentation skills
- The ability to write reports, keep records, and work within budgets.
- Willing to work at Eastwood Q.C.
