Address grievances, complaints and workplace issues
Promote positive work culture and resolve conflicts
Serve as liaison between employee and management

Draft and update HR policies and employee handbooks
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Training & Development
Organize training sessions and workshops
Support employee growth through development plans
Track performance and recommend improvement strategies
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Assist in designing competitive compensation packages
Technical Qualifications
2-3 years in HR roles, ideally in energy, construction, mining, or industrial sectors
Experience in:
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Policy development and compliance (DOLE, HSE standards)
Payroll coordination and benefits administration
Training and development for field and office staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving
Ability to work with cross-functional teamsespecially operations, safety, and finance
Willingness to travel to field sites or conduct on-site audits
Experience with negotiations or labor relations
Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) or HR compliance
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Behavioral Science
Additional training or certification in Labor Relations, Compensation Management, or Organizational Development through programs like AIHRM by PMAP or CHRP Philippines
