Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist in final selection
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant database
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate timekeeping data
  • Administer employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
  • Process government-mandated contributions, loans, and remittances
  • Handle employee concerns regarding salary, benefits, and deductions
  • Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records
  • Employee Records & Compliance
  • Maintain 201 files and ensure all employee records are complete and updated
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in drafting HR documents (NTE, memos, contracts, notices, etc.)
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 24 years of HR experience, preferably handling recruitment, payroll/timekeeping, and benefits
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government compliance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
