Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including pre- and post-payroll activities
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory requirements
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
Review payroll reports and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders
Supervise and support payroll team members
Monitor payroll timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support process improvements and payroll reporting activities
Qualifications
At least 5 years of payroll experience
Minimum of 3 years supervisory or people management experience
SAP Payroll (HCM) experience is required (must be payroll operations-focused, not SAP Finance/Accounting)
Strong experience in payroll audits, controls, and compliance
Experience in end-to-end payroll processing (pre- and post-payroll activities)
Knowledge of statutory and legislative payroll requirements
Experience coordinating with stakeholders or payroll providers
Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
