Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
  • Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions
  • Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations
  • Lead and support the payroll team
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
  • At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
  • SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution

Core Competencies

  • Strong functional depth in payroll - able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
  • Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
  • Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel strong analytical and communication skills
