Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including pre- and post-payroll activities
. Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory requirements
. Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
. Review payroll reports and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
. Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders
. Supervise and support payroll team members
. Monitor payroll timelines and ensure deadlines are met
. Support process improvements and payroll reporting activities

Qualifications

. At least 5 years of payroll experience
. Minimum of 3 years supervisory or people management experience
. SAP Payroll (HCM) experience is required (must be payroll operations-focused, not SAP Finance/Accounting)
. Strong experience in payroll audits, controls, and compliance
. Experience in end-to-end payroll processing (pre- and post-payroll activities)
. Knowledge of statutory and legislative payroll requirements
. Experience coordinating with stakeholders or payroll providers
. Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
