Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
3 Years Of Payroll Administration Experience, Including Supervisory Responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax withholding, and wage compliance requirements.
Experience using payroll software, HRIS platforms, and spreadsheet tools.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data review.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating with HR, finance, and operational managers effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for employees across pay cycles.
Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate employee data updates with HR and ensure payroll system records remain current.
Resolve payroll discrepancies, off-cycle payments, and employee pay inquiries promptly.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, wage laws, and internal payroll policies.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for audits.
Support benefits deductions, leave pay calculations, and year-end payroll activities.
Train and guide payroll or HR support staff on procedures and best practices.
