Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Administering payroll and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other benefits.
  • Handling Government remittances
  • Processing and addressing employee questions about compensation and benefits.
  • Maintaining HR records and databases.
  • Preparing and updating HR reports and metrics.
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
  • Implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • At least 1 year proven experience in handling different facets of HR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
