Job Description
HR & ADMIN GENERALIST
The HR & Admin Generalist will handle day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative functions, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll support, employee relations, office administration, and company documentation. The position will support smooth office operations and ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.

The position will support smooth office operations and ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and employment documents.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related concerns.
- Assist in payroll, government benefits, and HR reports.
- Prepare HR memos, notices, and other administrative documents.
- Handle employee relations and assist in disciplinary processes.
- Manage general office administration, supplies, and company records.
- Coordinate administrative requirements with different departments and project sites.
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor and administrative requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- With 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Experience in mining compliance and document control is required.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll preparation, statutory deductions, government-mandated contributions, and payroll reconciliation.
- Knowledge of DOLE regulations and statutory requirements is an advantage.
- Experienced in maintaining employee records, HR files, and compliance documents.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Willing to coordinate with office and project/site personnel as required.
