HR Associate in Cubao Quezon City
Job Description
Manage data entry and upkeep of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related databases.
Address and resolve employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll with minimal disputes and adjustments.
Process Certificates of Employment (COE) with specified purposes.
Handle statutory benefit requests such as SSS loans, Pag-IBIG loans, maternity, and sickness benefits.
Process employee movements, contract renewals, and end-of-contract (EOC) documentation.
Facilitate employee exit processes, including clearance, exit interviews, and offboarding transactions.
Support resolution of employee issues and workplace conflicts, escalating cases to senior HR personnel when necessary.
Manage due process procedures, including issuance of Notices to Explain (NTE), decision notices, and scheduling of administrative hearings.
Maintain records of employee infractions and ensure proper implementation of disciplinary actions.
Assist in the implementation of performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Monitor project timelines for completion or renewal and ensure timely preparation of required documentation.
Support HR audits and contribute to maintaining a strong culture of compliance within the organization.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
Prepare HR Reports, Documents, Presentations, And Other Required Materials.
Identify and recommend process improvements within HR functions
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- With relevant experience in Human Resources functions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Microsoft Teams, HRIS, and other HR tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledgeable in labor laws, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Certified HR Associate is an advantage but not required.
- Proactive, results-driven, data-driven, and people-oriented.
