*Payroll Management
- Process payroll according to schedule (regular and off-cycle), ensuring accuracy across pay elements (basic pay, OT, allowances, adjustments, final pay, etc.).
- Review, Validate and generate payroll summaries, payslips, and monthly payroll reports..
- Maintain digital and physical payroll files for audit and compliance purposes.
- Lead year-end payroll annualization, income tax summaries, and certificate generation (e.g., BIR 2316).
*Statutory & Government Compliance
- Handle monthly remittances and reports for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Administer processing of government loans, maternity/sickness benefits, and other statutory claims.
- Ensure up-to-date application of tax changes, minimum wage mandates, or contribution updates.
- Support government audits and reporting as needed.
*HMO, Life Insurance & Other Benefits
- Manage HMO and group life insurance enrollments, removals, and updates.
- Serve as the primary liaison with providers and ensure smooth handling of availments, reimbursements, and claims.
- Monitor benefit usage trends and work with providers to address employee feedback or service concerns.
- Oversee yearly contract renewal and benefit orientation.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Problem Solving, Persistence & Belief on the power of the Big Idea to create purposive work;
- Articulate to communicate clear thoughts and more importantly, directions;
- Strategic in its identification of problems, approaches or solutions;
Technical Experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR, with a specialization in payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Strong working knowledge of statutory benefits and DOLE regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Accounting, or any related course.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-savvy.
- People-first thinker someone who understands that payroll is personal, not just procedural.
- Familiarity with timekeeping tools (e.g., Actitime) and HR software is a plus.
