Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • Atleast minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource, Organizational Development or Employee Relations.
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws, HR Practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Has ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and organizational policies to ensure compliance.
  • Development and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive wirk environment.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
  • Design and implement organizational development strategies to enhance employee skills and career progression.
