Requirements

3 years experience as an HR Officer or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Familiarity with labor laws and HR software

Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and selection processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives
Support employee engagement and retention strategies
Participate in audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date
