This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Metro Manila. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Key tasks include conducting interviews, addressing workplace concerns, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also manage employee performance reviews, maintain HR records, and collaborate with management to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience with employee relations, workplace relations, workplace conflict resolution, and team management.
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor law compliance, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage HR systems, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR management or similar roles is preferred.
