Job Title: HR Manager
Reports to: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Lead the HR team in providing related support and collaborative strategic directions to drive a productive and mutually rewarding relationship between the company and its members. To be able to establish/upgrade the Talent Acquisition & Organization Development operations of the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with Top Management on short and long-term strategic planning that may include organizational restructuring/realignments, workforce planning, etc to ensure alignment to overall company direction.
- Ensure that HRD fulfills key functions needed to contribute to the company's operations. Key functions cover the following areas:
Primary focus:
- Organizational Development including Performance Management Systems and Talent Development
- Training
- Talent acquisition and retention
Other facets:
- Member relations and engagement
- Company Policies and Code of Discipline implementation and application
- Develop and continuously innovate systems, policies, processes and programs that address the strategic HR needs of the business covering above identified key areas.
- Provide coaching for leaders and potential leaders to strengthen and develop leadership skills and knowledge aligned with company values and policies.
- Prepare and manage the Annual Corporate Planning and HR budget operations
- Develop and maintain a dynamic and effective HRD team to meet company targets.
- Serve as a consistent model and example for company values application in his/her role as HR Manager.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
Work Location: Head Office, Sta. Cruz, Manila
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
