We're looking for an HR Manager to oversee the full HR operations of our multi-awarded organization, home to almost 1,000 professionals and supported by a dedicated 19-person HR team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our global client roster across Australia, the UK, and the US-ensuring our workforce remains engaged, equipped, and consistently delivers high-quality service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall HR workflow including but not limited to:
- HR team leadership and development
- Employee and client onboarding
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Contracts management
- Employee and labor relations
- Compensation and benefits
- Compliance and governance
- Exit management
- Client management regarding HR-related concerns
- Implementation and process improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Maintenance and accuracy of the HR system files and database
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or any related field.
- Strong Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, investigations, and DOLE compliance expertise; proven client-facing stakeholder management
- Extensive experience in HR leadership, ideally managing large teams and high-volume employee populations.
- Solid background supporting clients in Australia, the UK, and/or the US is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Must be willing to report onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
