What we're looking for

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources Management We are excited to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to contribute to the recruitment and HR processes of our esteemed organization. As a Human Resources Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with various tasks, from candidate screening to onboarding, and overall HR administration.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct background checks on rank and file candidates
  • Arrange and file 201 documents, employment contracts, and PAN
  • Sources, Screens, and Onboards interns based on hiring requirement
  • Drafts IALs and submits to recruitment specialist for checking
  • Conducts onboarding for interns (internship portion only)
  • Checks and coordinates with interns for the completion of their DARs every Friday
  • Compiles interns DAR, IAL, and Hourly computation into one PDF file and submits to the recruitment associate for checking
  • Processes the editing, printing, laminating, and release of temporary IDs for interns, project based employees, and probationary employees.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in HR management/Development, or Psychology
  • Must be willing to work in Makati.

Key Competencies And Skills Needed

  • Understands the basics of interview process and ethics
  • Proficient in using gmail, viber, gsheets, gforms, gslides, microsoft word/excel
  • Has immaculate english grammar on both written and oral form
  • Can draft professional letters with correct grammar
  • Can communicate in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to stay organized

Work Setup: Onsite, from Mondays to Fridays (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Must have: Own laptop
