Job Description

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program or recently graduated.
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Openness to receive feedback and make improvements.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Filing and organizing 210 Files.
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews.
  • Sourcing qualified candidates and conducting initial interviews
  • Assiting in Payroll and Compensation/Benefits
  • Providing general administrative support.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvement.
  • Supporting HR staff with various tasks as needed.

Note: with Allowance: 100pesos/day

Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)

Work Location: SM Aura Tower, BGC Taguig
