Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program or recently graduated.
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts
- Familiarity with basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Openness to receive feedback and make improvements.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Filing and organizing 210 Files.
- Assisting with recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews.
- Sourcing qualified candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Assiting in Payroll and Compensation/Benefits
- Providing general administrative support.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
- Contributing ideas for process improvement.
- Supporting HR staff with various tasks as needed.
Note: with Allowance: 100pesos/day
