We are recruiting an HR Compliance and Operations Intern to be part of our People & Culture Team. The role will support the documentation, organisation, and continuous improvement of People & Culture operational and compliance processes, primarily through the completion of the People & Culture Operating Manual and support for clinic and operational improvement initiatives.

What will you do in this role

Working under the supervision of the Assistant HR Manager – Compliance and Operations, you will:

  • Support the preparation and completion of the People & Culture Operating Manual
  • Document and organise operational processes, guidelines, templates, and reference materials across People & Culture functions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate process information and supporting documentation
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and standardisation
  • Support initiatives focused on improving current clinic and administrative operations
  • Support administrative, compliance, and operational initiatives of the People & Culture – Compliance and Operations team, as needed.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this position

You will be ideal for this role if you are:

  • A student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or other related courses
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office / MS365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
  • Interested in HR operations, process improvement, and organisational documentation
  • Able to manage information confidentially and professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Enrolled in an internship/practicum subject of your program (must be an academic requirement by the university)
    • Amenable to submit a Certificate of Enrolment/Registration
    • Amenable to complete at least 330 hours
    • Amenable to a Hybrid setup (2 days a week or 40% a month onsite requirement) in our office in Makati City
    • No more than 2 subjects enrolled to, on top of internship
    • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Manila time
