Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence of employees to HR policies
• Provides assistance to employees on compensation and benefits, engagements, performance management and other HR related concerns.
• Performs checking and validation of Kronos during payroll
• Provides data / HR analytics to Site Leaders
• Provides assistance on coaching and PIPs and ensure proper handling and documentation of DAs
• Initiates CI ideas or process improvements in HR
• Leads and design employee engagement activities at site
• Partnering with Ops Leaders in ensuring adherence employees to work time compliance

Requirements

• With at least 2-3 years in Human Resources Management
• Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Behavioral Science or Psychology
• Proficient in Excel and presentation skills
• Willing to be assigned in LISP Cabuyao, Laguna
