As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Generalist who wants to make an impact. While your initial focus will be recruitment and onboarding, you'll also have the opportunity to support employee relations, compliance, process improvement, HR initiatives, and other projects as our organization evolves.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple U.S. locations.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and site leaders to meet staffing needs.
- Coordinate background checks, references, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Onboarding (25%)
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Ensure all employment requirements are completed before payroll processing.
- Coordinate Day 1 readiness, including system access, uniforms, and onboarding logistics.
- Facilitate virtual New Hire Orientation and maintain employee records.
HR Operations (15%)
- Support employee relations, HR administration, and documentation.
- Assist with leave administration, employment verifications, and compliance initiatives.
- Contribute to HR reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting high-volume hourly or blue-collar positions (janitorial, warehouse, logistics, facilities, manufacturing, retail, or similar).
- Experience supporting U.S. companies is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheet-based workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Technical & Work-from-Home Requirements
- Reliable desktop or laptop suitable for business applications and video conferencing.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (backup internet is a plus).
- Quiet, professional workspace for calls, interviews, and virtual meetings.
- Webcam and headset for daily collaboration.
- Available to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
- Able to commit to an exclusive, full-time role.
Compensation & Benefits
- $800 USD/month during the first 60 days.
- One-time $150 USD bonus upon successfully completing the 60-day performance evaluation.
- Beginning in Month 3, you'll be eligible to earn up to $150 USD/month in KPI-based incentives.
