Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible in hiring the most qualified person for every job requirement and will promote a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment to the hiring process.

This position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment to hiring process which includes the following:

  • Sourcing of candidates on various mediums and platforms.
  • Connecting with potential candidates for the talent requirements of the assigned BU accounts.
  • Screening and endorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
  • Verification of records of all candidates considered for hiring
  • Conducting job offer, hiring and pre-onboarding process.
  • Assist the HR Assistant Manager working with HR reports to prepare data related to attrition, absenteeism and employee movement.
  • Work with the team to address retention challenges

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 5 years relative experience preferably in the IT, Retail, Service or FMCG
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information.
  • Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proficient on online virtual platforms.
