The HR Executive is responsible in hiring the most qualified person for every job requirement and will promote a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment to the hiring process.
This position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment to hiring process which includes the following:
- Sourcing of candidates on various mediums and platforms.
- Connecting with potential candidates for the talent requirements of the assigned BU accounts.
- Screening and endorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
- Verification of records of all candidates considered for hiring
- Conducting job offer, hiring and pre-onboarding process.
- Assist the HR Assistant Manager working with HR reports to prepare data related to attrition, absenteeism and employee movement.
- Work with the team to address retention challenges
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 years relative experience preferably in the IT, Retail, Service or FMCG
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
- Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information.
- Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Proficient on online virtual platforms.
