eClerx is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the HR Team in the execution and delivery of the annual HR Strategy. Specifically providing administrative, clerical, and project support to the HR Team, ensuring HR best practice is delivered efficiently and effectively to the organisation. To also ensure that all employee benefits are maintained and coordinated accurately.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR & Recruitment Fiji/NZ:
Recruitment Coordination
- Manage full recruitment cycle: job ads, postings, pre-employment checks, candidate documentation.
- Serve as candidate contact; schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate register and recruitment reports (source effectiveness, feedback).
- Ensure secure, compliant documentation; support recruitment metrics analysis.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
Onboarding & Employee Documents:
- Prepare/send employment agreements, offer letters, and other employee docs (salary changes, maternity leave, variations).
- Process Workday tasks with approvals; maintain accurate records and Job Descriptions.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins (012 months) and manage starter spreadsheets/welcome boxes.
Employee Benefits:
- Administer Southern Cross (NZ): reports, plan alignment, collateral, follow-ups, uptake stats.
- Manage Employee Assistance Programme: collateral, wellbeing tips.
- Handle Long Service Leave: certificates, monthly payments, payroll coordination.
HR Reporting & Exit Interviews:
- Maintain HR registers and reports: starters, exits, variations.
- Conduct exit interviews, escalate serious issues, track trends and concerns.
General HR & Projects:
- Manage HR mailboxes; support Payroll and Recruitment teams.
- Coordinate local training; create HR communications (TownHalls, ToolBox).
- Support HR Manager with investigations and projects.
- Review policies for compliance; promote employee engagement/community activities.
Policies & Compliance
- Ensure 100% adherence to company policies (OH&S, HR, Security).
- Promote awareness through training; wear protective gear when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR/Recruitment across the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, and HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- College graduate of HR management/accounting or any related management course
