Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Screening, interviewing, and onboarding workers, often for project-based roles.
  • Payroll & Timekeeping: Assisting with timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing, documenting, and reporting on-site worker concerns and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining, updating, and managing employee records (hard and digital copies).

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Psychology or Business Administration, or any equivalent course.
  • With at least 1-2 years experience solid work experience in recruiting skilled workers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willing to travel 100% to project sites
