Job description:
The HRBP supports department managers in aligning HR practices with business goals, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations, company policies, and labor laws.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
- Represent the company in SENA, DOLE, and other labor hearings.
- Standardize employment contracts and HR policies in collaboration with HRBP managers and company lawyers.
- Establish, improve, and ensure proper implementation of employee relations policies.
- Monitor performance appraisals, evaluate results, and provide necessary support to managers.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polished, and able to interact effectively with stake holders at all levels.
- Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin or Fukien Chinese is a plus.
