We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign performance.

- Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Officer to create and procure necessary ad assets (graphics, videos, copy).
- Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
- Manage monthly ad budgets for multiple brands under the Group of Companies.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- With at least 2–3 years of proven experience in social media advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with ad management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
