Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (Manager) for Manufacturing Plant will serve as both a strategic partner and operational leader, overseeing end-to-end human resources functions within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures that people strategies are aligned with business objectives, strengthens organizational capability, and supports a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce. Close collaboration with site leadership and employees is essential to drive sustainable growth and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive workforce planning by assessing staffing needs, forecasting talent requirements, and identifying capability gaps.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external talent sources such as schools, agencies, and community networks.
  • Align business unit goals with overall organizational priorities through effective performance and competency frameworks.
  • Lead performance management processes, including assessments, calibration, and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate evaluation to onboarding execution.
  • Oversee the development and rollout of training and development programs aligned with operational needs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of training and compliance records.
  • Support job evaluation processes and collaborate on compensation structuring and policy guidance.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, while addressing employee concerns and enhancing engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor HR-related budgets and ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent courses
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in HR business partnering or account management working in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO standards, certification requirements, and audit processes.
  • Possess strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills with the ability to improve talent management strategies.
  • Must be residing in or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities.
