Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with solid experience in the IT or BPO industry. The ideal candidate must have handled a headcount of 300500 employees and will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR strategies that support operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads.

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions for a workforce of 300500 employees.

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning and hiring strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Handle complex employee relations cases and conduct investigations when necessary.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT or BPO environment.

  • Proven experience handling 300500 headcount.

  • Strong background in employee relations and Philippine labor law compliance.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to influence leaders and operate independently.
