Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with solid experience in the IT or BPO industry. The ideal candidate must have handled a headcount of 300500 employees and will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR strategies that support operational excellence and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads.
Manage end-to-end HR functions for a workforce of 300500 employees.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning and hiring strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle complex employee relations cases and conduct investigations when necessary.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT or BPO environment.
Proven experience handling 300500 headcount.
Strong background in employee relations and Philippine labor law compliance.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to influence leaders and operate independently.
