JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a HR Business Partner, you won't just be resolving HR issues, you'll be driving transformation. This role is the bridge between People & Culture and our client-facing practice areas, helping leaders and teams grow, adapt, and succeed. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Partnering
• Serve as the primary HR advisor to assigned business units (e.g., Tax, Audit, Advisory, Shared Services).
• Partner with line managers to build workforce strategies that align with business goals.
• Actively participate in strategy planning, forecasting, and performance reviews of assigned units. • Use data and people analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and productivity.
2. Employee Experience & Engagement
• Champion our EVP
• Drive engagement programs tailored to team needs using pulse surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Resolve employee concerns by balancing empathy and business needs.
• Facilitate timely action on employee lifecycle moments: promotions, transfers, recognitions.
3. Talent Development & Performance
• Partner with Learning & Development to deliver leadership and technical capability programs based on PAGT talent framework and internal career tracks.
• Guide managers in implementing our performance management process with coaching, fairness, and follow-through.
• Identify high-potential talents and co-create development plans for succession and mobility.
4. Culture and Change Champion
• Embed firm values and inclusive behaviors in everyday practices.
• Support leaders in navigating change, from new systems rollouts to org changes.
• Promote DEI initiatives, helping ensure inclusive and equitable practices in hiring, promotions, and policies.
5. Operational Excellence
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, contract management, etc.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition for seamless service delivery.
• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and records management.
Qualifications:
• at least 3 years experience in a professional services or client-facing, fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Proficient in interpreting HR metrics and using data for decision-making.
• Knowledge in labor laws, performance management, and employee relations.
• Certified in any HR frameworks or tools (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder, Korn Ferry, etc.) is a plus.
