Job Summary
The HRBP Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role drives workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring HR programs support overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management.
- Support organizational transformation and change initiatives.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee relations concerns and conflict resolution.
- Guide leaders on performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies.
Talent Development
- Identify capability gaps and recommend development initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
HR Analytics & Compliance
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR governance and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with HRBP leadership exposure
- Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
