Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Officer supports business leaders and operations teams in driving people-related initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on employee relations, engagement, retention, and workforce insights, acting as a bridge between employees and management.
The HRBP Officer partners closely with supervisors and team leaders to address people challenges, improve employee experience, and support a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with team leaders and supervisors to address day-to-day people-related challenges.
- Provide guidance on employee management, team dynamics, and workplace concerns.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations & Case Management
- Act as the point of contact for employee relations concerns within assigned teams.
- Handle and document employee cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
- Conduct initial investigations and coordinate resolutions in partnership with HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Sentiment Management
- Support and facilitate engagement initiatives such as:
- Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Skip-level meetings
- Feedback sessions
- Gather employee insights and identify themes impacting morale, performance, and retention.
- Partner with leaders to address gaps and improve employee experience.
Attrition & Retention Management
- Monitor attrition trends within assigned business units.
- Identify potential drivers of attrition and recommend actionable interventions.
- Work with team leaders to proactively manage retention risks.
Exit Management & Insights
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
HR Metrics & Workforce Insights
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, retention, and engagement.
- Share insights with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
Span of Support
- Support a defined employee population (typically 200–400 employees), depending on business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to HRBP or Employee Relations functions.
- Strong experience in employee relations, engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Work Setup
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Open to night shift and weekend schedules as required
