Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and operations teams, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, managing employee relations, improving retention, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
The HRBP Manager will handle a large employee population (minimum 500 employees), act as the bridge between employees and management, and implement initiatives that improve employee experience, productivity, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, retention, and exit management.
- Ensure HR practices support employee growth while aligning with organizational goals.
- Provide HR guidance to managers on people-related matters.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct investigations, mediation, and case management when needed.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Sentiment Management
- Drive meaningful employee engagement initiatives beyond social activities, including:
- Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Listening sessions
- Skip-level meetings
- Feedback forums
- Capture and analyze employee sentiment to identify workplace concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to bridge gaps between employees and management.
Attrition & Retention Management
- Monitor and analyze attrition and retention metrics for assigned business units.
- Identify drivers of attrition and implement targeted retention strategies.
- Promote healthy attrition, ensuring organizational stability while allowing natural talent movement and growth.
Exit Management
- Conduct structured exit interviews to identify trends and root causes of employee turnover.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership to improve employee experience and retention.
HR Metrics & Workforce Insights
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as:
- Attrition
- Retention rates
- Engagement scores
- Employee sentiment
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to business leaders.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Operations leaders and department heads to support workforce planning and employee development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people management strategies.
Span of Support
- Manage HR support for a population of at least 500 employees.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure workforce stability and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience supporting large employee populations (500+ employees).
- Strong background in employee relations, engagement, attrition management, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting HR data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Setup
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and weekends as business requires.
