About the Role:
As a Communications Manager within our PACS function, you'll play an essential role in delivering clear, consistent, and engaging communication across internal audiences and selected external stakeholders. Your work will support ISS transformation initiatives, strengthen CCEP's reputation, champion sustainability, and amplify our employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal & Transformation Communications
- Manage all internal communications plans and activities for CCEP's ISS in Manila.
- Support all communication plans and activities related to ISS transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and integration of executive communications across ISS and above-market levels.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and optimise messaging impact.
External Communications (Limited Scope)
- Conduct audience and stakeholder mapping and analysis to inform engagement opportunities, issues management and channel strategies.
- Support sustainability, community engagement, and employer branding initiatives - collaborate with local CCEAP PACS team.
- Collaborate with CCEAP PACS team on media strategies.
- Create content for CCEP's social media channels to engage relevant audiences for ISS and support. employer branding in close collaboration of CCEAP P&C team. Provide guidance to ISS leadership team on how to use social media.
- Contribute to crisis and issues communication as far as it is relevant to ISS.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Finance, BPT, Commercial, CSSC, P&C, PACS CCEAP)
- Support executive engagement in partnership with Labour Relations with Works Councils, Trade Unions, and employees during business transformation.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
- University degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business or related field.
Experience
- 3 - 5 years in a communications or public affairs role, ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills across various formats (text, images, video, graphics).
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages spoken in CCEP a plus.
- Familiarity with content management platforms, content marketing, SEO and AI is a plus.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness.
- Understanding of legal frameworks related to media and communications.
