Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams
  • Lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance) to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives
  • Coach managers on people management, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness
  • Support compensation and benefits planning in alignment with market trends
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for program implementation

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a business partner role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reports
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools is an advantage
