The HR Associate provides hands-on support across all HR core functions, including recruitment, payroll, timekeeping, training, HR operations, labor relations support, and administrative tasks. The role ensures accurate processing, proper documentation, and timely HR services to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documents
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and orientation
- HR Operations and Records
- Maintain employee 201 files and HRIS records
- Process employee movements (hiring, transfers, regularization, separation)
- Assist with benefits administration and employee information updates
- Training & HR Programs
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and documentation
- Support onboarding and HR orientations
- Maintain training and compliance records
- HR Administrative Services
- Prepare HR letters (COE, memos, notices)
- Manage issuance of IDs, uniforms, and HR supplies
- Support HR reporting and internal coordination
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Able to handle confidential information
