Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Associate. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes, and the company-wide learning and development programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for helping others grow and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Job Description

  • Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and execution of internal training programs, and workshops.
  • Support the development and updating of training materials, presentations, and resources. May be asked to conduct training from time to time.
  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment function.
  • Support general talent management initiatives, including but not limited to performance review cycle; documentation of employee movements; and processing requirements of offboarding employees.
  • Prepare related reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to Training/Development and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Instructional design /Designing training / learning management modules a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
