Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Booking and Scheduling: Arranging flights, accommodation, car rentals, and transfers.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensuring all travel arrangements adhere to corporate travel budgets and policies.
  • Expense and Vendor Management: Reviewing expense reports for accuracy, processing payments, and managing relationships with travel vendors.
  • Traveler Support & Risk Management: Providing support for travel issues (flights, visas), handling emergencies, and ensuring traveller safety.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining vendor trackers, scheduling meetings with clients, and assisting with visa/passport requirements.
