Hiring: HR Assistant
Hybrid | Manila
Full-time | 6-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR inquiries via email, phone, and messaging tools
- Process HR actions (contracts, benefits, entitlements) within SLAs
- Update employee data in ERP systems and generate reports
- Support payroll-related timekeeping and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals and documentation
- Prepare certificates, attestations, and HR correspondence
- Escalate complex cases as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related
- 4+ years of HR/admin experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Background in multicultural or international settings is a plus
