Hiring: HR Assistant (Rental Subsidy Processing)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle rental subsidy inquiries via email, phone, and Teams
- Process HR actions and update employee data in ERP systems
- Monitor and follow up on requirements to meet service timelines
- Ensure accuracy of records and documentation
- Escalate complex cases to Team Lead
- Track recurring requests and support subsidy processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related
- 4+ years of HR/admin experience
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Background in multicultural or international environments is a plus
