Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • With or without experience in HR, admin, generalist, or similar roles
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Basic knowledge or interest in payroll, timekeeping, and HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Willing to learn HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in timekeeping, payroll preparation, and employee records management
  • Support HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in employee relations and basic grievance handling
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and data analysis as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR records and submissions

Location: Rosario, Pasig City

Schedule: Monday to Friday
