Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across our luxury property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Housekeeping operations and manpower deployment
• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas
• Conduct room inspections and ensure timely room readiness
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to address operational and guest requirements
• Coach, train, and motivate Housekeeping team members
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping standards, procedures, and safety requirements
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
• Preferably with At least 2-4 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and room inspection standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to be assigned in El Nido, Palawan
