Devise strategies to ensure that all KPIs related to servicing the premium customers are complied with.
Functions
- Coordinate with the Business Units on the support needed from Operations
- Develop strategies to ensure compliance with the Key Performance Indicators
- Calibrate with Training, Quality Assurance for operational efficiency
- Serve ad hoc requirement for the Business Units
- Raise red flags for immediate resolution and intervention
- Conduct regular business review
- Facilitate review of contracts, payments, and other related activities for the FWA Business

- Vendor management skills : Show you are able to coordinate and cooperate with third-party (product or service) providers. Your work would involve building mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers to turn a regular business transaction into a long-standing partnership.
- Communication Skills : The need to represent Operations to Business Reviews, top level management team would require an above average communication skills
- Technically inclined : The job entails the technical know how in dealing with FWA concerns to effectively address issues
- Critical thinking: Critical thinking is the ability to make decisions based on the information you have.
- Problem-solving: Problem-solving skills allow you to identify issues, develop solutions and implement those solutions.
- Organization: Organization is a crucial skill for a Program Manager, as there is a need to stretch the requirements of the Business, and properly coordinate with the 3rd party provided to deliver the results
- Detail-oriented: One may be required to monitor and track various processes and procedures. This requires detail-orientation, as you may need to notice any changes or deviations from the norm. This can help you identify potential issues and take action to resolve them.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Preferably a graduate of IT, or any Technical field
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years and to include 3+ years in telecommunications industry
