Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support in PV Voice Support.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • BS Pharmacy Graduate with Active RPH License.
  • Open to candidates with at least 6 months of Pharmacovigilance or Healthcare account experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.
