About The Role
Staffing for Doctors is a US-based virtual staffing company that places healthcare virtual assistants with medical practices across the country. We are looking for a recruiter based in the Philippines who can hit the ground running and help us source, screen, and place top VA talent. This is a full-time remote role. You will work closely with our recruitment and operations team to manage a high-volume pipeline and help us scale.
What You Will Do
- Source and screen candidates for healthcare virtual assistant roles (front desk, medical billing, clinical support, and more)
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for communication skills, experience, and client fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep our ATS (Workable) updated
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Work with the team to hit weekly and monthly placement targets
- Assist with job postings, outreach, and talent pool building
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in virtual staffing or a staffing agency
- Background in healthcare or medical staffing is a strong plus
- Excellent English communication — written and spoken
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Organized and self-sufficient — you manage your own pipeline without constant follow-up
- Familiar with tools like Workable, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, or similar platforms
- Available to work on US Pacific Time (PST)
