Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter with US Healthcare Account experience to support end-to-end recruitment for healthcare-related BPO positions serving U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience in a US Healthcare account and is comfortable working on a night-shift schedule.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a US Healthcare Account.
• At least 1 year of night-shift experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Experience recruiting for Healthcare BPO roles, such as Customer Service Representative, Healthcare Associate, Medical Claims, Medical Billing, or related positions.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for US Healthcare account positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Screen candidates for healthcare/BPO experience, communication skills, and schedule availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Provide candidates with accurate information regarding account, compensation, schedule, and work setup.
