Reporting & Team Collaboration
- Provide regular updates on requisition status, pipeline metrics, and hiring progress to the RPO Team Lead/Manager.
- Collaborate with fellow recruiters and coordinators to share sourcing leads and best practices.
- Participate in client calls and status meetings as needed, primarily during US business hours.
