The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines in a fast-paced, client-facing RPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US healthcare requisitions, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with the client's hiring managers to understand role requirements, must-have qualifications, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates clinical or professional qualifications, licensure, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams across US time zones.
  • Extend verbal offers and support the offer negotiation process in line with client guidelines.

Pipeline & ATS Management

  • Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted candidate pipeline for assigned requisitions.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track requisition status, time-to-fill, and pipeline health, flagging at-risk roles to the RPO Team Lead.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Verify candidate licensure, certifications, and credentials required for US healthcare positions.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with US employment law and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Prepare accurate candidate submittal documentation and interview feedback summaries.

Client & Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
  • Represent the Comrise RPO team professionally in all client and candidate interactions.
  • Provide market insights and sourcing feedback to help refine job postings and sourcing strategy.

Reporting & Team Collaboration

  • Provide regular updates on requisition status, pipeline metrics, and hiring progress to the RPO Team Lead/Manager.
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters and coordinators to share sourcing leads and best practices.
  • Participate in client calls and status meetings as needed, primarily during US business hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, healthcare administration) strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in an RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Working knowledge of US healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Core Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients across time zones.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive on a night shift schedule aligned to US business hours.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven RPO environment.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and client information.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with a night shift differential.
  • Comprehensive health and benefits package.
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing training on US healthcare recruitment practices.
  • Opportunity to work with a leading global RPO client in the healthcare industry.
