About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our RPO team supporting a US-based healthcare client. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for US healthcare roles, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions from requisition intake to offer stage.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, licensure, and role requirements.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across US time zones.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for active and future hiring needs.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials required for healthcare positions.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to stakeholders.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year US Healthcare Recruitment experience is required.
- Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles is highly preferred.
- Experience in RPO, staffing, executive search, or agency recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Familiarity with US healthcare licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in ATS platforms, CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
