About the role
This role will guide and mentor a team of Recruiters and will handle tasks throughout each phase of the staffing process, emphasizing mentorship, supervision, and proactive management of candidate experiences. This role will be responsible for screening and placing qualified Travel Nurses/Clinicians/Certified Nursing Assistants in temporary assignments across various healthcare facilities nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the team to effectively gather information from new leads, including calling new leads, assessing candidate experience, understanding assignment preferences, and determining feasibility in the current market
- Supervise a team to send job lists and provide guidance on job search strategies through the portal
- Call candidates to discuss jobs, review job-specific details, and ensure candidates are aligned with opportunities
- Ensure candidate profiles are complete and compile selling notes
- Submit candidates for jobs
- Pre-close candidates by ensuring they are aligned with pay, shift, location, and proposed start date
- Keep candidates updated on their submissions and job status
- Propose new jobs as they become available
- Create pay packages for travelers that fall within estimated gross weekly pay ranges
- Review offer details when received and ensure alignment with candidate submissions
- Lead discussions on offer details and ensure alignment with traveler expectations
- Read verbal agreements to travelers and obtain verbal acceptance
- Request and review contracts for accuracy before approval
- Communicate offer acceptance to account managers
- Direct a team to send comprehensive post-booking emails to candidates with assignment details, timekeeping information, and credentialing information
- Touch base with travelers regularly (2-3 times a week) to answer questions, ensure credentialing progress, confirm housing is secured, and identify potential hurdles
- Ensure travelers are on track to be cleared by compliance to start on time
- Send supportive communications to travelers on their first day and check in later in the week
About you
- College diploma or equivalent work experience of at least 4 years.
- US Recruitment experience within the last 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to utilize a touch-tone telephone, view a PC screen, type at least 35 wpm, demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
- Ability to speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions
- Ability to establish a working relationship with employees, clients, and candidates
- Ability to organize tasks and manage time and multi-task with a sense of urgency and efficiency
- Function as a cohesive team member, engaging in open communication with all team members, and proactively working in support of the Division's performance goals
- Comply with all company policies and procedures - including adherence to all local, State, and Federal fair employment practices
- Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Must be willing to work during US time zone
