Head, Tax Management Department

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head of the Tax Management Department based in Metro Manila. The Head of Tax Management will oversee the development and implementation of tax planning strategies, ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and manage direct and indirect taxation matters. The role also involves providing leadership on tax-related issues, reviewing tax filings, and maintaining compliance with local and international tax standards while working closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.

• Expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
• Knowledge of Indirect Taxation and Tax Law
• Strong understanding of Tax policies and practices
• Leadership experience in overseeing teams or departments
• Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Experience in multinational or regional tax frameworks is an advantage
